PRJ-01Case study 01 / 05
EIT has supported UKSE’s Innovation Centre in Redcar since April 2023, delivering fixed wire testing, emergency lighting checks and maintenance. Since then we’ve completed extensive LED upgrades throughout the building and externally, improving efficiency with minimal disruption and fast responses to electrical faults.

EIT completed the safe decommissioning of an end-of-life oil-fired boiler at an independent boarding school, maintaining continuous heating via duty/standby redundancy. Works included isolation, draining, flue and pipework removal, asbestos checks and compliant disposal, ready for a new 530 kW replacement.

EIT provided ongoing engineering support at Sandringham House for River Tees Multi-Academy Trust, including lighting installation, emergency lighting testing, electrical fault response, kitchen equipment repairs and appliance servicing, helping keep this specialist educational setting safe, compliant and fully operational.

EIT delivered multi-service engineering support at Gisborough Hall Hotel, including electrical installations, boiler upgrades, heating maintenance, plumbing support and ventilation works, helping maintain safe, reliable hotel facilities with minimal disruption to guests, events and daily operations.

EIT delivered water and gas infrastructure upgrades to support a new steam generator installation, including meter upgrades, pipework modifications, pressure and flow testing, trace heating and insulation, helping reduce disruption while preparing the site for reliable ongoing operation.
