Martin Poulter

Martin purchased EIT as a going concern in 2022. With over 40 years in engineering, and 35 years in project management, Martin brings a wealth of experience to the company.

His focus is to continue to provide an excellent service, whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety for EIT customers.

“My aim is to modernise, expand and grow the company to secure its future going forward ensuring that the team are also looked after. I am particularly proud of the apprentice scheme introduced since my arrival, which has two in their final stages and two more in the early stages of development.”

A highly driven, multidisciplined manager, Vince focuses on excellent service and the highest standards of Health & Safety, whilst building strong relationships with clients.

Vince is our safety focal point, qualified to deliver high-quality health & safety on commercial engineering projects, with strong skills in project planning, staff training and business development.

From a small Middlesbrough firm to a leading name in M&E.

Established over six decades ago, we’ve grown through our commitment to quality workmanship, innovation and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Our fleet of engineers handles projects of any size, from regular maintenance to large-scale installations.

Founded in Middlesbrough
EIT starts as a small local electrical, heating and plumbing company.
